The Primrose curriculum is quite good. The Primrose children and parents are quite special.
The Primrose co-workers are for the most part, wonderful. Under completely different management the working conditions could actually be tolerable and maybe even good. However, the new owners are dictatorial and paranoid. There is a great lack of communication between management and teachers.
There is a real lack in the ability to schedule...floaters being often double booked while some lunch breaks are omitted...But above all, they are money hungry-at the expense of the teachers and children...overworked employees, unrealistic expectations, cutting corners at every remotely possible chance so they can pocket more money...even bringing their new sports car to school one day to show it off.
If the parents only knew the truth, they would be shocked. The turn over rate for the teachers is constant, causing very little consistency for the children.
Reason of review: Poor management.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Management, Go to another school, Would not recommend.
